Hi, I’m Marina.


As a mother, medicine woman, physiotherapist, and intuitive artist, my path has been woven through caregiving, space-holding, and ceremony. I have witnessed, again and again, how easily we lose ourselves in the weight of responsibility - forgetting our own vitality and the sacred rhythm of rest.


I know this path intimately, and I know it doesn’t have to be this way. My work is an offering of remembrance: that your rest is the fertile ground for everything you create, and tending to yourself is a gift that ripples outward to everyone you love.
